Special SAT Testing Circumstances

SUNDAY TESTING (RELIGIOUS OBSERVATION)

The SAT test is given on seven Saturdays each year. Students who cannot attend a Saturday administration due to a religious observance can request a Sunday administration.

You must register by mail the first time you request a Sunday administration, but future registrations can be completed online or by telephone. You must also submit a letter from your clergy explaining your inability to attend the Saturday administration. You can read more about Sunday testing at College Board.

REQUEST FOR A TEST CENTER CLOSER TO HOME

Students who live more than 75 miles from a test center can request that the test be given closer to his or her home. By submitting a letter of explanation with your mailed registration, the College Board will review your location to determine if a test center can be established closer to your residence. Learn more about such requests at College Board.
